本实用新型公开了一种镁合金含氢量快速检测装置,属于有色合金质量检测领域。该检测装置由四部分构成:快速加热系统,真空系统,实时图像处理系统和PLC微处理系统;快速加热系统使镁合金迅速熔化成熔液;真空系统保证氢原子聚集成氢气在镁熔液表面析出;实时图像处理系统监控并精确识别第一个氢气泡,并以脉冲触发的方式将信息传递给PLC微处理系统;PLC微处理系统根据数学模型计算并输出含氢量结果。本实用新型将检测方法的快速性和精确性集于一身,达到了现场检测镁合金含氢量的目的。
